I booked a package trip to Italy. The next day I realized I needed to add a day. Christie answered the call promptly, patiently researched how to change our plans, then booked a new trip for less money. We are responsible for adding hotel stay for one day which works fine. Christie was so helpful and courteous. This is my first experience with Great Value Vacations. So far, perfect!

I have been grateful to Great Value Vacations for their responses to my questions and directions for whenever travel can begin again. While people are dying and our economy is wheezing, I'm trying to keep everything in perspective. I'm not criticizing anyone else's comments. I'm just trying my best to take deep breaths and pray that the crisis will pass without hundreds of thousands more dying and that we can take our long-awaited trip.

My girlfriend and I booked our anniversary vacation through them and got their help in planning a romantic destination. They helped me get a great deal for a very good hotel in Hawaii which was so worth the price. We loved every single minute we spent there. Thanks a lot!
